single:    

  • 125g icing sugar.
  • 250g butter.(marge).     
  • 313g flour.   
  • 125g cornflour.

Double:

  • 250g icing sugar.
  • 500g butter.(marge).      
  • 625g flour.
  • 250g cornflour.

Preheat Oven: 120 to 150 c
Baking time: ?? Until consistent throughout

Methode:

  • Cream butter and sugar.
  • Knead into flour and cornflour.
  • Press into tins prick all over with a fork and cut into pieces.
  • Bake in cool oven at 120 to 150 c
  • Remove one piece if a dark line shows in the centre further cooking is necessary.
