  • 240g fine oatmeal
  • 45g flour
  • 30 to 60g sugar (according to how sweet u want it)
  • 1/2tsp b/powder
  • 1/2 “ cream of tartar 
  • 100g butter.
  • 2 Tsp milk

Preheat Oven : 180C
Baking time: 20min

  • Mix together dry ingredients, fine oatmeal, flour, sugar, baking poweder and cream of tartar.
  • Once consistent rub in butter and mix in milk until a stiff dough. 
  • Roll out on a board with oatmeal
  • Cut into large biscuits.

Recommend server with marmalade or honey.
