  • 907g sugar.

  • 1 tin condensed milk.

  • 57g butter.

  • 2 des.sp. syrup.

  • 1 cup water.

Method:

  • Place sugar + water + butter + syrup in saucepan.
  • Melt over low heat.
  • Increase heat  +  boil for 5 minutes.
  • Add condensed milk and boil for 15 minutes stirring all the time.
  • Remove from stove  + beat till thickens.
  • Leave to set in buttered tins.
