  • 454g brown sugar

  • 227g icing sugar

  • 113g coconut.

  • 28g butter

  • 2 tablesp. Cocoa

  • 3/4 cup milk

 

  • Put  sugar  +   cocoa  +  milk  + butter  in saucepan
  • Cook stiring occasionally till boiling.
  • Boil for 5 minutes stiring continuously.
  • Remove from stove.
  • Stir in coconut.
  • Then stir in sifted icing sugar.
  • Stir well
  • Pour into greased tins and leave to set.

Alternatives methods:

Can be made without coconut.
