454g brown sugar
227g icing sugar
2 tablesp. Cocoa
3/4 cup milk
- Put sugar + cocoa + milk + butter in saucepan
- Cook stiring occasionally till boiling.
- Boil for 5 minutes stiring continuously.
- Remove from stove.
- Stir in coconut.
- Then stir in sifted icing sugar.
- Stir well
- Pour into greased tins and leave to set.
Can be made without coconut.
