Biscuits:

  • 230g margerine  (7/8 packet marge)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 level teaspoons baking powder
  • 1" tablespoon cocoa
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut

Icing:

  • 1 ½ cups icing sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons cocoa
  • water

Preheat Oven: 190C
Baking time: 20min

Methode:

Biscuits:

  • Cream marge + sugar
  • Sift flour + BP + cocoa
  • Mix into creamed mixture
  • Mix in coconut
  • Place in baking tray
  • Bake in moderatley hot oven  190 c
  • Bake for  20 minutes.
  • While hot cover with icing.

Icing:  

  • Add water at teaspoonfulls at a time untill the icing covers the back of the spoon.

Finishing:

  • When cool cut into squares.
